Damage constitutive model of pure copper at different annealing temperatures

چکیده

Abstract Aiming at the problem of damage evolution pure copper during plastic deformation, normalized shape factor is introduced based on RO model (Ramberg-Osgood model). The mesoscopic constitutive different annealing temperatures established and tensile deformation industrial analyzed. results show that error between calculated value experimental model, factor, temperatures, less than 10%. can effectively reveal behavior accurately predict flow stress temperatures. hardening coefficient exponent in are closely related to temperature material. has little effect a significant decreases with increase temperature.
